It began in 2004 when I was involved in a political organization which had committees formed for example, the commercial committee, the cultural committee, the political committee, and others. Our business began when an advisor coming from the government officials of South America came to these meetings and to the Chamber of Commerce meetings and explained to us that they were looking for support and funding for projects.
